We select only Certified Notary Signing Agents to join our team who have a minimum of 1 year loan closing experience or 100 successful loan closings. We fully understand the importance of accuracy and insist on it from all our team members.

• Online registration for new clients is available 24/7 on the ANS website.

• Closing requests are scheduled within one hour of the placement of your order.

• Daily Status Reports are sent directly to your closing department’s email account.

• ANS offers a flat fee so there is no confusion as to what to charge on the Settlement Statement for our services. The same fee applies to refinances that are emailed, faxed, or sent overnight. Double loan packages have an additional fee.

• Bi-lingual closing agents are also available.

• Purchase and Commercial Closings are also available.
